The Saltwater Buffet Dinner  is a great way to offer your guests an array of dining choices and is the most simple dinner party to plan!  An enticing selection of entrees and accompaniments are presented beautifully, sure to please the eye as well as the appetite.
All packages include linen clothed tables, and votive/tea light candlelight for room décor.

Fresh Fruit and Cheese Display with Assorted Crackers

Dinner Buffet

  • Our House Salad:  Baby Greens, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onions, Honey Cashews and Shaved Asiago Cheese; served with our Herb-Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • Garlic and Rosemary Marinated Statler Chicken Breast, Roasted and served with a herbed Pan Gravy with assorted Roasted Root Vegetables
  • Oven Poached Haddock Filet topped with Parsley, Caper & Lemon Butter Sauce Served with a warm Vegetable Orzo Salad 
  • Steamed Seasonal Vegetables
  • House Bread and Butter

  • Vegetable Crudité Basket with Creamy Herb Dressing
  • Passed Scallops wrapped in Apple-Smoked Bacon with a Brown Sugar-Mustard Sauce
  • Passed Steamed Gingered Pork Pot Stickers with Scallion Soy Sauce

  • Roasted Red Pepper Caesar Salad with Herbed Croutons and Asiago Cheese
  • Carving Station - Roast Prime Rib of Beef with Caramelized Onion Au Jus
  • Honey-Ginger Lime Salmon Filet Served with Scallion-Sesame Rice Pilaf
  • Roasted Cashew Chicken Breast – baked in a rich Chicken Garlic Dijon sauce and topped with crushed Cashews served with Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Chopped Fresh Tomatoes & Capers marinated in a sweet Basil dressing with Melted Provolone
Fig, Walnut, Goat Cheese spread topped with caramelized onions & Arugula with Balsamic Reduction Herb White Bean and Mozzarella Spread topped with Sautéed Mushrooms
