
DINING OPTIONS:
We offer an array of dining options for your special event including breakfast, brunch, Lunch, dinner, or hors d’oeuvres. Select either a buffet style or a plated style. All Menu details are required 5 business days in advance of your event. Plated meals require an advance order with the exact number of specific meals.
All food is prepared to be enjoyed on premises only. Take-out or “to go” options not available.
Menu options and prices are subject to change without notice.
ROOM FEES:
A minimum number of twenty-five dining guests must be guaranteed for the Spinnaker Room, while a minimum of forty dining guests must be guaranteed for the Seawatch Room. A room fee will apply should the guest count be lower, or in the case that meals are not purchased for the minimum amount guaranteed guests. Guest counts smaller than the minimum will result in a $30.00 charge per person up to the minimum requirement
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required to book a reservation. This amount is Deducted from the final balance.
ROOM DÉCOR:
White or Ivory tablecloths/napkins are included in all of our dining packages. Specialty linens are available at additional cost.
FLORAL DESIGN: Saltwater Grille can provide fresh floral arrangements to add to the décor of your event. Specific flower requests are considered. Pricing will vary. If you wish to hire an outside florist, please make arrangements with the Event Coordinator in regards to who is providing service so that timing and other issues can be addressed. If you wish to provide your own décor, all details must be reviewed and approved by Saltwater Grille in advance of your Event.
CANDLES: Saltwater Grille provides tea light candles on dining tables.
Please make arrangements with the Event Coordinator if you wish to bring or have delivered any décor in for your event. Saltwater Grille offers decorating services for your convenience. Prices will vary.
ENTERTAINMENT:
We have a connection to the finest and most experienced professionals in the entertainment field. Jazz duos, trios, small bands, DJ’s, dance floors, Magicians, Comedians, Photographers, and other services are available.
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT:
Saltwater Grille is happy to provide any specific equipment/services for your audio visual needs. Rental Charges apply.
SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES:
If you wish to provide your own cake, we require it be made and delivered by a licensed and insured vendor. Saltwater Grille Staff will cut and service your cake. There will be a $2.00 per plate charge added to the final bill, with a maximum cake service charge of $50.00.
CALCULATING THE FINAL BILL:
The number of guests must be guaranteed three business days prior to your function. This guarantee is what you will be billed for. Guest counts smaller than the minimum will result in a $30.00 charge per person up to the minimum requirement. If your number increases unexpectedly, we will be happy to accommodate the overage with an equal or comparable meal, and bill you accordingly. All Charges are subject to 7 % Sales Tax and 18 % Service Charge.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Full payment is due at the conclusion of the function, including all taxes and gratuities, unless pre-payment has been arranged, or direct billing has been authorized.
We will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any property left at the restaurant prior, during, or following a banquet, meeting or function.
